Hotel Policy
Dear Guest,
We are looking forward to welcome you at Bliss hotel!
Please find below some policies and procedures.
Reception is open for check-in and check-out from 07:30 AM until 21:30 hrs.
Kindly inform us in advance in case of check-in or check-out outside the opening time.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Rooms are available for occupation from 14:00 hrs, check-out is at 10:00 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out are upon availability and must be pre-booked.
Please find below our policy for guarantee early check-in / late check-out (must be pre booked):
Early check-in
- Between 10 am and 2 pm, the charge is at 50% of the room rate
- Before 10 am, the charge is at 100% of the room rate
Late check-out
- Until 4 pm, the charge is at 50% of the room rate
- After 4 pm, the charge is at 100% of the room rate
However note shall you may not wish to guarantee for early check-in / late check-out;
Early check in
- We may store your luggage at the reception and provide you with beach towels so that you may start to use the facility of the hotel until you room is ready
Late check out
- We may keep your luggage stored until your departure time. Please note that stored suitcases will not be accessible at any time (stored suitcases are not accessible for guests), therefore we recommend to keep with you in a smaller bag the items that you may need during the day.
- A comfortable shower room is available @ 30 Euro per couple (2 pax)
- A day pass package inclusive of LUNCH is available @ 35 Euro per person.
Early c/in between 12AM midnight and 10AM: you need to pre book your room one day in advance(MANDATORY)
Kindly note that for ALL departures after 18H00 without late check-out booked the courtesy room is MANDATORY
LATE ARRIVAL
For flights landing after 20:30 hours, kindly be informed that the reception and the restaurant will be closed upon arrival (because you will reach the hotel after 22:00 hours).
It is possible to pre-book a cold dinner plate at 20 Euro/pax, and some drinks if you wish. We will place the plate in the mini-fridge of the room.
Our security staff will welcome and accompany you in the room, while the check-in will be finalized in the morning, on your way to the breakfast
EARLY CHECK-OUT
In case of early morning departure (before 08:00 AM), the bill must be settled the evening before, latest by 21:30 hrs.
An early breakfast will be provided and placed in the mini-fridge of the room. Tea & coffee facilities are available in the room.
EXTRA PERSON
Extra person from 4 years old and above is chargeable 60 Euro/night. An extra bed will be provided in the room.
Extra child 0-3 years old stays free of charge in baby cot.
The maximum occupancy of the room cannot be exceeded, regardless from the age of the extra person.
PAYMENT PROCEDURES (CC accepted: Visa/Mastercard)
Reservations made more than 30 days prior to arrival
A 10% deposit will be charged to guarantee the reservation, a pre-authorization* of the balance will be applied 30 days before arrival.
Reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival
A pre-authorization* of the total amount will be applied in order to guarantee the reservation.
The same credit card provided on the reservation will be necessary in order to finalize the transaction (*pre-authorization) upon check-in & VERIFY THE CARDHOLDER.
THIRD PARTY CREDIT CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
In case the same card will not be present upon check-in, another payment method will be required.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT & GUARANTEE POLICY
A credit card (Visa/Mastercard) per each room is required upon check-in in order to guarantee extra services and any eventual incidentals, room damages.
To provide the credit card details is MANDATORY, if not, the hotel will pre-authorize or take a cash deposit of 500 Euro as a guarantee. The settlement of the extras will be requested each time the sum is reached, while the pre-authorization will be voided upon check-out.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, will be charged 10% of the total of the total amount of the booked accommodation on Bed & Breakfast basis.
- Cancellation (or modification) received less than 30 days prior to arrival, early departure or no show, will be charged 50% of the total amount of the booked accommodation on Bed & Breakfast basis.
- Cancellation (or modification) received less than 14 days prior to arrival, early departure or no show, will be charged 100% of the total amount of the booked accommodation on Bed & Breakfast basis.
- Failure to provide the pre-authorization/payment of the balance will incur in the cancellation of the reservation.
There are no automatic refunds on bookings affected by flight cancellation/modification, if unable to travel or for Covid restrictions: you will need to make sure you have fully comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance in place that includes cover for cancellations for any reason & Covid induced cancellations.
TAX
Our prices are inclusive of 15% of VAT.
The newly introduced “Tourism Environmental Sustainability Levy” is NOT incorporated in our establishments’ prices/ rates and NOT included in the total amount of the reservation.
The Levy Tax will be collected upon arrival/departure directly at the front desk in cash Seychelles Rupees.
ENTRY PERMIT
Follow the link http://tourism.gov.sc/ for the latest tourism guidelines as they are continually revised.
Visit the website https://seychelles.govtas.com/ to fill in the Seychelles Electronic Border System or Download the APP Seychelles E-Border to get the entry permit.
Please ensure that you are up to date on the latest government regulations when travelling.
