Check-In: 15:00 Check-Out: 11:00

PROPERTY AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

ENGLISH Cancellation Policy : Flexible - 30 days
The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
it is not possible to cancel upon arrival on the the booking date and day at the RIAD 

FRANÇAIS Conditions d'annulation : Flexible - 30 jours
Le client peut annuler sans frais jusqu'à 30 jours avant l'arrivée.
Le client sera facturé le prix total de la réservation s'il annule dans les 30 jours avant l'arrivée.
Si le client ne se présente pas, le prix total de la réservation lui sera facturé.

il n'est pas possible d'annuler la reservation le jour de l'arrivée au RIAD

Pour raison COVID19 (avec preuve) ou Fermeture des frontières par le gouvernement un AVOIR du montant de votre réservation sera  accordé valable pour 5 ans.

Article 490 of the Moroccan Penal Code applies to Moroccan Citizen
« it is illegal for unmarried Moroccan couple to share a room and sexual contact between unmarried Moroccan citizen is prohibited .»

*** The Riad Bliss reserves the right to refuse accommodation to a couple of which one of the two members are of Moroccan nationality and without a marriage contract, and this, without possibility of reimbursement.

ASSISTANCE BAGAGES : Majordome bagages privé à l'Entrée de la "Médina" pour vous assister avec vos bagages & vous guider vers le Riad BLISS
